Influencer Referral Program at Wise

We’re introducing a direct in-app experience for our influencer partners. 

What's changing and why?

We manage influencer partnerships using Partnerize, a third-party tracking and payment platform. We’ve also developed a custom in-app referral experience to manage your rewards directly with Wise.

This is a new feature, and we’re working on optimising the experience for partners. You can ask questions and send feedback to partnerwise@wise.com. You can communicate with your Influencer manager via Klear or direct email.


Is the content production process changing too?

The content production process remains unchanged:

  1. Send us a summary of your video script outlining key points for approval.

  2. Create the video and send it to us for final feedback.

  3. Once approved, you can publish the content with a clear Call to Action (CTA) and with your new referral link in your description and/or bio.


What are the benefits of being an influencer partner?

  • You can withdraw referral earnings to your Wise account in GBP*, then convert to your local currency. 

  • Your audience receives a personalised incentive, such as a free card or free transfer, in their local currency**.

  • Payments are processed through the Wise app within 5 business days, without relying on third-party platforms. 

  • You can manage your rewards in the Wise app.

Your audience will receive their incentive in the currency depending on the program you choose. You’ll be paid in GBP, which you can convert to other currencies. 

The referral link allows your audience to choose between a free card or a fee-free transfer, depending on their location and product availability**.

*You can’t open a GBP balance in India, Hong Kong, Israel, Nevada, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, or Pakistan.

We can’t send rewards in the following currencies:BDT, BWP, COP, CRC, FJD, GHS, INR, KES, KRW, NGN, NPR, PKR, RUB, TZS, UAH, UGX, UYU, XOF, ZAR, ZMW, or any SWIFT currencies (Global USD/EUR/GBP; EUR/USD to Ukraine). We can only send EUR rewards to SEPA countries.

**We don’t offer a Wise Card as an incentive in Brazil and Canada. 


What do you need to do to join the in-app experience? 

  1. Become a Wise customer by registering here

  2. Verify your account

  3. Open a GBP balance

  4. Let us know which currency program you’d like to participate in (see table below)

How to find your referral link

Your referral link is located within your Wise account under Earn at the top right: https://wise.com/invite. You can use this link in your video descriptions and in your bio. Don’t forget to update all old video links to the new link to ensure payment for future referrals.

The displayed referral amount will update once you move to the appropriate program.


How to get paid

Your referral commission will be listed as Referral rewards within your Wise app. 

Fixed Fee Payments

We process your fixed fees for content production once your content is live. 

To initiate processing, send us an invoice with your payment details, including your Wise account details. The invoice must be in the local currency for payment, must outline VAT requirements, and must be addressed to the local Wise entity.

You’ll be paid directly into your chosen bank account within 35 working days from the content going live.

Referral Commissions (CPA)

You’ll receive a £10 referral fee for each guest who signs up via your link and makes a cross-currency transaction exceeding your program's qualifying amount.

After we’ve confirmed a qualifying transaction, we’ll send you an email notification to claim your reward and show it was a Task on the home page of your personal profile.

We’ll add the reward to your GBP balance on your Wise account within 5 working days of claiming the commission. You can convert your commission to any available currency.

What counts as a qualifying transaction?

  • Each referral needs to transfer and/or spend at least 200 GBP or currency equivalent on a Wise card. 

  • Spending with the card can be in any currency. Transfers need to be cross-currency. 

  • For example, a guest could make a 100 GBP > 100 GBP card payment and a 100 GBP > 120 EUR transfer. 

  • This total can be reached over multiple transactions. ATM withdrawals, gambling and crypto don’t qualify.
