If you have a Wise Business account, you can create and send invoices directly from your Wise Business account to help you get paid faster.
Sign up for a Wise business account
You'll need to have account details in at least one currency to start using invoices.
Setting up invoices
Here’s how you can set up and manage your invoices.
You create the invoice
On web or app, you can either select Request and then Create an invoice from the top of the home screen, or:
Go on the Payments tab
Select Invoices
Select Create an invoice
Enter the details of your invoice:
the currency, invoice number, and issue date
who you're invoicing — you can add their email address and we’ll send your invoice directly to them
the products or services you’ve sold
how you want to be paid and the due date
Preview the PDF draft
Select Create invoice or Create and send invoice
After you've created your invoice, you can share the payment link and download a copy for your records. Both options have details on how the recipient can pay.
Your customer pays the invoice
If your customer pays by bank transfer, ask them to include the invoice number as a reference. This helps us link the incoming payment to your invoice.
They should use either the invoice number or the payment reference number, but not both. For example, if the invoice number is INV-2024-01, they should enter that in the reference field. If the payment reference number is 123456, they should enter that in the reference field. If they enter both, the payment may not match in our system.

You can:
view invoice details and see if it’s paid, overdue, or expired
cancel or mark the invoice as paid
download the invoice and get the payment link
