Wise is an international financial company with entities registered around the world, and we can only share information with third parties when we’re required to.
Make sure to follow the local laws and regulations when requesting information about a Wise customer and if needed, seek independent advice to determine the appropriate service, relevant legal basis, and the entity related to your request.
Who we can share info with
We can share information about someone’s Wise account if you:
are a liquidator, administrator, bankruptcy trustee or an insolvency administrator;
have a court order or subpoena addressed to Wise; or
request the information on behalf of the public authority.
What to include in your request
If you fit the requirements listed above, include the following in your request:
the document that proves you fit the requirements above; and
the relevant information to locate the account, such as the Wise account details or your membership number assigned to the account.
How to contact us for civil requests

Physical mail: find the registered address of the relevant Wise entity here
United States of America subpoenas: you can use Bizfilings — our company is incorporated in Delaware.
If you use a different method to contact us or add multiple email addresses as a recipient of your email, your request won't be processed.

Our Customer Support team can help you with most issues or redirect you to the right team. You can reach them through our contact form — there's no direct email address.
Any customer e-mails sent to legalrequests@wise.com won't be forwarded or monitored.
