If you're expecting a payment to your account details, you might want to know how long it takes to land in your balance.
The speed depends on:
what currency the money is sent in
what payment method the sender used
How long do currencies take?
Payments are generally processed during working days, Monday–Friday, and within regular working hours. If the payment was sent over the weekend or a public holiday in the sending country, it should arrive on the next working day.
Check the table to see how long your currency might take.

If your money still hasn't arrived, follow the steps here and upload a proof of payment if needed.

Why do international Swift payments take longer to receive?
Swift payments can take up to 5 working days to reach your Wise account. This is because they often have to pass through several banks on the way. Please wait at least 5 working days before contacting us.
If it's been longer than 5 working days:
Make sure that you’ve shared the correct account details to your sender
Wait the estimated time. If it takes longer — share a proof of payment for your Swift transfer, an MT103, with our team
Wait for our team to review your document and get back to you by email
