My phone has been lost or stolen

We're sorry to hear this happened. To protect your money and to help us get you back in quickly:

If you have lost your device

1. If possible, login into your Wise account and use the Log out everywhere option — this will restrict all accesses and automatically log you out from all devices, trigger a mandatory password request, freeze all physical and digital cards, and cancel any pending transactions.

  • Tap on your profile icon/initials on web

  • Go to Settings

  • Click Security and privacy

  • Select Log out everywhere

  • Tap on Confirm log out

You can find more information on how to login from a new device under Logging in from a new device. If you can’t login into your account, please contact us.

2. Mark your device as lost.

3. Keep an eye on your email, as we'll alert you if we see any suspicious activity.

If your device was stolen

1. Contact us to inform us what happened, so we can restrict your account on our side. This will restrict all accesses, trigger a mandatory password request, freeze all physical and digital cards, and cancel any pending transactions.

2. Mark your device as lost.

  • If your iPhone or iPad has been stolen

  • Lock or erase your lost phone or computer

3. Block your SIM card immediately. Contact your phone provider to request an immediate SIM lock. Doing so immediately can stop criminals from using your phone number to break into your accounts and protect you from further fraud. While phones can sometimes still be locked down or erased through other connections (such as WiFi or device networks), blocking your SIM ensures that you retain your phone number, which you'll also need to log in from a new device
