How do I top up the money on my child’s card?

Your child will spend directly from money you set aside for them in your account. Nobody else can access this, and only you can add or remove money for them.

1. Log in to your account and tap or click on your shared group with your child

2. You’ll see an option to Add or Withdraw money — choose Add

3. If you have currencies in your account, you’ll be asked whether you want to top up their card with one of your currencies or from a different bank or card

4. If you don’t have currencies in your account, you’ll just see the option to add from a different bank or card

5. Once you’ve made your choice, the money will be added and your child can start spending straight away 

If they use their card overseas, we’ll automatically convert to the local currency when they spend.
