How to check your current operating system
On iPhone or iPad:
Go to Settings > General > About

How to update your Wise app
Enable automatic updates (recommended):
iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings > Apps > App Store and turn on App Updates
Android: Open Google Play Store > Settings > Network Preference > Auto-update apps
Update manually:
iPhone/iPad: Open App Store, tap your profile picture, find Wise and tap Update
Android: Open Google Play Store, search for Wise, and tap Update if available
How to check your Wise app version
Open the Wise app
Go to your profile picture or initials in the top corner
At the bottom of the page, you should find a section describing "Your app version"
What if you can't update?
If your device doesn't support newer operating systems:
Use Wise on your computer at Wise.com
Access Wise through your phone's web browser
Consider upgrading to a newer device
