How do I change the language on my account?

You can change your language settings on our website and in the mobile app, but changing the language in one, does not automatically update the other.

The language you select on the website determines the language for all your communications, including emails and notifications. Changing your language only on the mobile app will not change your communication language.

On the website (Communication language)

The language you set on the website is your communication language for emails and notifications.

  1. Click your name or profile icon at the top right of the page.

  2. Go to Language and appearance.

  3. Select Language.

  4. Choose your language from the drop-down menu and click Save.

On the Android app

Changing the app language will not change your communication language for emails or the website.

You can change the language directly within the Android app:

  1. Go to your name or profile icon at the top.

  2. Go to Language and appearance.

  3. Select Language.

  4. Choose your language from the drop-down and Save.

On the iOS app

Changing the app language will not change your communication language for emails or the website.

On iOS, you'll be directed to your phone's Settings to change the language. This change will then reflect in the app. You can't change it within the app directly.
