How can I get an airport lounge pass?

We’ve partnered with Dragonpass to help you travel in comfort. You can now buy access to over 1,400 airport lounges globally, directly from your Wise app. We're just starting to introduce this feature and it's currently only available in select countries.

Lounge passes are global. You can use your pass at any participating lounge found in the app’s lounge browser, regardless of your airport or terminal.

Passes are valid for 12 months from the date you buy them.

How do I find a lounge and see its amenities?

You can browse for participating lounges globally in the Wise app. Tap on a lounge to see the amenities they offer and other details including opening hours, child policy, and the nearest gate to the lounge.

How do I buy a lounge pass?

You must use the money in your Wise account to buy a pass. We don’t support payments from external banks or cards for lounge passes yet.

  1. Log in to your Wise app and go to the Card tab.

  2. Tap on Travel hub.

  3. Select Airport lounge pass and then Buy a lounge pass.

  4. Choose the number of entries you need (up to 50 per pass).

  5. Review the details and confirm your payment.

Note on guests: You can buy multiple entries for a single pass to bring guests with you. You must enter the lounge with them; guests cannot use the pass without the account holder.

How do I use my pass?

Once you’ve paid, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a QR code. You can also find your QR code in the app:

  1. Go to the Travel hub and select Airport lounge pass.

  2. Tap Your passes.

  3. Select the pass you want to use to see the QR code, available entries, and expiry date.

  4. Present this QR code along with your airline boarding pass to the lounge receptionist to enter.

If the lounge is full: Entry is always subject to the lounge’s capacity. If a lounge is full, you can choose to wait or use your pass at another available lounge nearby.

Can I get a refund for my lounge pass?

You can request a refund through the app within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven't used any entries on the pass.

To request a refund:

  1. Go to Travel hub → Airport lounge pass.

  2. Tap Your passes and select the pass.

  3. Tap Get help at the bottom and select Request a refund.

We cannot offer refunds if:

  • You have used one or more entries from the pass.

  • It has been more than 14 days since the purchase.

  • The pass has expired.
