If your business needs to have receipts for accounting or tax claim purposes, or you just want to keep track of your expenses, you can upload a receipt for any of your Wise card transactions.
Here’s how to upload a transaction receipt:
Take a picture of your receipt with your smartphone
Go to your transaction list and select the relevant transaction
Select Add receipt (app) or Upload file (web)
Select the image that you want to upload and confirm
If your business account is integrated with Xero, receipts will automatically appear on Xero. The handling of receipts depends on the options you've enabled under Connection settings:
Transactions with attachments: If this feature is enabled, receipts will appear in the draft bills and draft invoices sections in Xero. You would need to review and publish them.
Card Transactions with receipts: If this feature is also enabled, card transactions are automatically synced as spend money transactions in Xero and receipts attached to the payment entries.
