Who's eligible?

This offer is exclusively for new customers who:

  • Are legal residents of the United States. Specific territories apply

  • Are at least 18 years old

  • Are opening a personal account during the sign-up window. Business accounts aren't eligible. See below for time range

  • Have never completed a cross-currency transfer with Wise before

How much can I send for free?

You can send up to 2,000 USD to EUR, INR, or PHP without paying the Wise transfer fee.

If you send more than 2,000 USD, you'll only be charged the standard fee on the amount above that limit. For example, if you send 2,500 USD, the fee applies only to the extra 500 USD.

When does this offer start and end?

There are two important deadlines to keep in mind:

  • Sign-up window — you must create your Wise account between March 24, 2026 (16:00 UTC) and June 15, 2026 (23:59 UTC)

  • Transfer window — once you sign up, you have 30 days from your registration date to complete your first qualifying transfer

What payment methods can I use?

To get the fee waiver, you must pay for your transfer using:

  • a domestic debit card

  • a connected bank account (ACH)

You won't get the discount if you pay via credit card, international card, wire transfer, or business card.

Can I use this for a scheduled transfer?

No. The promotion only applies to immediate transfers. Scheduled transfers are excluded from the fee waiver.

Do I need a promo code?

No. The fee waiver is automatically applied to your first qualifying USD to PHP/EUR/INR transfer if you meet the eligibility criteria.

What happens if my transfer is canceled or declined?

The promotion is for a successfully completed transfer — meaning the money reached the recipient. If your transfer is declined or charged back, it doesn’t count as successful, and it may also disqualify you from trying again under the same promotion depending on Wise's security review.
