Send money from your Wise balance to your bank

You can send money from your Wise balance to your bank account. It's just like withdrawing money or moving money between accounts.

Same currency transfers are often free

If your bank account uses the same currency as your Wise balance, you can usually transfer money without fees.

Different currency transfers usually have fees

If your bank account uses a different currency, we’ll convert your money before sending it. We only use the mid-market exchange rate where a small fee might apply.

Need to send more than is in your balance?

You can only withdraw what’s available in your balance. If you need more, you can:

• Add money to your Wise balance first.

• Send money directly from your external bank account without using your Wise balance.
