Can I return money paid into my account details?

Yes, you can return a payment received into your AUD, EUR, GBP, HUF, NZD, PLN, SGD (FAST), or TRY account details.

For GBP payments, there’s a 90-day deadline to return the money. After that, the Return Money option won’t be available.

How to return a payment

  1. Go to Activity in your Wise account.

  2. Select the payment you want to return.

  3. Click Return Money.

  4. Review and confirm.

The money will be sent back to the account it came from.

Swift payments

We can return Swift payments. All currencies you can receive by Swift can also be returned.
