How do I change my Wise card spending limits?

Your Wise card comes with default limits for how much you spend, and how much you can withdraw from ATMs.

How to change your limits

On web or app:

1. Go to the Cards tab

2. Select Limits on app, or Edit limits on web

3. Select Spending limits or ATM withdrawals

4. Set your limits and Save

You can also see Limits when selecting your profile.

For US-issued cards, you’ll have different kinds of spending limits, which you can edit individually. You can only change between default and maximum limits. 

Business cardholders

Business card limits apply across your whole business account. So if you have multiple users on your business account, the limits are shared between users.

Increasing business limits

We can’t increase your ATM withdrawal limits. But if your business needs to spend more than the maximum limit per month — request to increase the monthly card spending limit in the app or web. 

The limit increase is for Wise card spending limits — not how much you can send or receive with your Wise account.

• If you’re a sole trader and are self-employed, your limits are the same as a personal customer’s limits, and you can't increase them.

• We're currently not able to increase limits for businesses in the Philippines

To request a monthly increase:

1. Go to the Cards tab

2. Select Spending limits

3. Select Change your spending limits

4. Select Increase your spending limit

5. Tell us the monthly card spending limit you need and why
