How do I download a transfer confirmation?

Once your transfer is complete, you can download a transfer confirmation document, which is a kind of receipt confirming the sent transfer.

The transfer might show up on your recipient’s Wise account, but only you can download the confirmation. If you are the recipient of the transfer and need the confirmation document, we recommend you get in touch with the sender who can forward it to you.

The confirmation includes details of the transfer you sent, like the transfer number and banking partner reference. When you send certain currencies, it’ll also include a unique tracking number.

Businesses will have their registered address shown on the transfer confirmation.

1. Go to Home

2. Go on the transfer you want the confirmation for — then choose the 3 dots on the right side

3. Select Get transfer confirmation

That’s it — the confirmation document will open up in a new tab as a PDF. You can save it to your computer and share.

4. Select Get PDF receipt (on the iOS app) or Download transfer receipt (on the Android app)

3. Change the language for your Wise account
