You can connect your Wise account to various accounting softwares directly from Wise, or by using open banking — depending on the software.
How to Connect
Log into your Wise account
Select your name in the top corner
Go to Integrations and Tools
Select Apps and Software
Select View App Marketplace
Choose the accounting software you'd like to sync from the list of apps.
The steps to connect your Wise account vary based on the accounting software you choose.
Xero and QuickBooks
You can set up the connection directly from within your Wise account. Quickbooks connection steps vary based on features you’re looking for. For detailed guidance, go to Managing your Wise account with QuickBooks.
Any other Accounting Softwares
Connection is set up via open banking, where you can only share your balance activities data, or Bank feed. You'll be redirected to the main page of the software's website. Log in to the accounting software platform and connect to Wise from there. For detailed guidance, check the connection instructions provided by the software.
Available Integrations
You can find the list of supported accounting integrations on the Wise Business App Marketplace.
Select your business' location from the list in the top right corner — where you also see the language and a flag — as the available options vary by region.
If your software isn’t listed
Check with the provider to see if they have open banking connections, and if they allow a connection with Wise.
If they don't, you can request it by Logging in and selecting Request an App in the App Marketplace.
