How to open the console

If you’re having technical issues with Wise, our support team might need to investigate. Opening your console helps us look under the hood and get it sorted.

We need to see the whole screen, including the URL, to help you better. So make sure you include everything when you take a console screenshot, and always take it while performing the action so we can see where the issue is.

Here’s how to open your console on different web browsers.
