Who can I send GHS to?
You can send GHS to personal and business bank accounts in Ghana.
What information do I need about my recipient?
You’ll need to know their full name (English characters only), bank name, and account number (8-20 digits long) if you send the money via bank transfer.
You’ll need their mobile number if you’re sending the money via mobile wallet.
How much can I send?
If you're paying by mobile wallet, you can send up to 25,ooo GHS.
If you're paying by bank transfer, you can send:
up to 200,000 GHS to business accounts
up to 150,000 GHS to personal accounts
How long does it take for the money to arrive?
Once Wise receives and converts your money, it usually arrives in your recipient’s bank account on the same working day. Conversion can take up to 2 working days.
