How do I replace or cancel my Wise card?

You can replace your Wise card at any time for a small fee.

App:

  • Go to the Cards tab

  • Tap on Replace Card

  • Choose the reason why you're replacing your card

  • Tap on Replacement Card

Web:

  • Click on Cards on the left-hand side

  • Select Replace card

  • Select one of the options on the screen

You’ll see 3 options:

  • I lost my card

    • If you choose this one, your card will be frozen. If you find your card, you can unfreeze it. Alternatively, you can replace your card.

  • My card was stolen

    • If you choose this option, your card will be blocked. This will stop anyone from being able to spend with your card.
You won't be able to unblock your card — you'll need to order a new one.

  • My card isn't working

    • If your physical card isn't working, you can keep using your current card online or in mobile wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. It'll be blocked and cancelled only when you activate your new one.

To replace your card, all you need to do is enter and confirm your delivery address, and your new card will be on its way.

What if my card expires?

If you regularly use your card, we’ll remind you to replace it before it expires, around 2 months before the expiration date. 

How do I cancel my Wise card?

We’re sorry to hear that you no longer want to use our debit card, but in order to cancel it, get in touch with us.
