Who can contact Wise about my business account?

For privacy and security reasons, Wise can only give specific details about your account to people you authorise to have access. 

You can manage who has access to your business account in Team.

If you don't speak any of our supported languages when contacting us, and have a team member who does, you can invite them as an Admin to your account to help verify business details on your behalf.
