How do I check my transfer status?
The best place to see the latest status of your transfer is in your Wise account. On the website or app:
Go to Transfers
Select your transfer from the list
The transfer tracker will show you a step-by-step view of where your money is.
Help for recipients
If you're a recipient expecting money and haven't received it yet, the first thing to do is ask the sender for the transfer receipt. This will contain all the necessary details to locate the payment.
If the transfer receipt shows the money has been sent, you may need to contact your bank directly to ask them about the delay.
